Wow - has it really only been two weeks?? It seems like so much longer! Little Spencer is starting to get his parents trained and we are feeling more confident daily. Although, we still have much to learn.
Well, we are finally on our own. After Meemaw Becky left, Grandma Roxanne arrived to take over a second week of doing all of our cooking, cleaning, laundry, baby comforting etc.. What a life-saver the two Grandma's were! Brad and I really think that we could not have survived without their help. It was so wonderful to have them both here.

Milestones on this week - hmmm, not much to report - still not potty trained ;) His little umbilical cord stump fell off (ick) and we gave him his first real bath! He didn't much care for the first one, but loved the one we gave him tonight. His Great-Aunt Carolyn sent some baby massage oil, so we tried it and he loved it! Brad called it his "spa night" and warned him not to get use to it. :)
Little Spencer got to meet his Aunt Heather and Uncle Gabe on Friday. They flew out for the day just to meet the little guy! It was a wonderful visit. Spencer showed off by behaving wonderfully...trust me, the next day was a different story! ;)Spencer also got to meet Grandpa Paul and Grandma Gaye who came down from Yakima for Saturday and Sunday. I was a little under the weather, but they had a nice visit with their new Grandson.
I will post again tomorrow with an update on the little guys first well visit with the Pediatrician.
I hope everyone is doing well!
